What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

At RIVISHA, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of ethnic wear, handcrafted textiles, and unstitched products, we follow a selective return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery (as mentioned on your policy page).

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Unstitched suits, sarees, and handcrafted products are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal preference, color variation, or fabric feel.

  • Products once cut, stitched, altered, or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Minor variations in color, weave, texture, or print placement—common in handcrafted and artisanal products—are not considered defects.
