RETURN & REFUND

  1. No return or refund once the product is delivered.

2. Exchange only for damaged or wrong product and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rivisha, every order is carefully processed and prepared with attention to detail. To ensure smooth operations, we follow the cancellation policy outlined below.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

📩 How to Request a Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be shared within the eligible time window via:

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

  • Please mention your Order ID clearly while requesting cancellation.

💳 Refund Process

  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is processed.

  • All orders placed on Rivisha are prepaid only.

  • Orders that are already packed, dispatched, or in transit cannot be cancelled.

  • Rivisha reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.
